Our task is to be a conduit between our members, the public and all levels of Government. Our goal is to provide a sustainable supply of
housing and commercial property to our stakeholders, the Armed Forces and the people and
businesses who live in our area. Government Bylaws & Practices Committee
Government Bylaws & Practices Committee monitors new and existing bylaws, actively contributes to the UDI - Alberta Board at the Provincial level and has ongoing contact with all levels of Government. Engineering Evaluation Sub-Committee This Sub-Committee examines the technical and engineering aspects of proposed changes in municipal bylaws proposed for the City of Cold Lake and the surrounding region.
Land Developers Committee promotes the interests of the development industry, liaises with Engineering and utilities services to enable smooth development of lands.
Builders/Trades Committee deals with the emerging issues within the home building sector, encompasses working with permitting, labour issues and public awareness.
COLLABORATION We work
closely with each other as well as with our stakeholders to positively impact the
development of our communities. We
appreciate and respect each other, our stakeholders, our government, our citizens and our
land. We represent
our industry in the development of real estate of the provinces' best communities. To us,
innovation is not just "invention". It is what results when technical expertise
meets business insight, resulting in new ways to create our communities. We are held
